I had goldfish in there for first couple of months with mature K1 from my quarantine tank in the garage,then tested water & intruduced koi slowly, moniting water,feeding only one or two times a day.
water far from perfect but getting there,water will take time to mature.

How can you put such big fish in a new pond? We were told to put a few small ones in to get the filter matured or we would have problems. It looks great, lovely waterfall too!
