Darren, the window frame was formed with the foam insulation and fibreglassed in. The glass was fiitted when the fibreglass and pond were finished.
The glass was sealed in with a polyurethene sealant and held in with window suckers for a day or so. I then beaded up the inside of the glass to finish it.
Hope this helps, fish look great through the glass.
