To answer your question yes they are pollycarbonate sheets 25mm thick, purchased from ebay,
I'll be finishing the front off in the same but clear with doors that open out for maintanance etc, The name of the colour for white is opal. Hope that's of some use to you.

its lee from wigan, just a couple of questions if you dont mind mate.
can you please tell me are the white sheets at the rear of pergolla polly carb, and where did you get these from ? simply stunning pal and im after doing something similar for winter i have the blupal from nick gray on the roof and the white you have used will set the blupal off really nicely
