I have never had a problem with koi damaging the plants. I really don't know why.
I have an iris, lilies, umbrella palm and penny wart and they never gets touched.
Just maybe its something to do with their diet. I feed a very varied mix of koi foods and other things like oranges Cheerios and prawns. September 4th 07 Lovely set up there Shane.
Same question that I ask everyone when I see plants with the koi, how do you stop them digging them up & making a complete mess of the clarity, & also eating them, especially the lillies?
