Having seen this pond again last week I'm quite happy to say it is without doubt the best koi pond I've seen in the UK, and I've seen well over a thousand! Lucy was well impressed by the fish and their fry!

For those of you wondering why on Earth there is a picture of a gooses leg on this website here's the explantion. If you notice on this pic there is a scar at the bottom of the leg. It's from where I removed the fishing line caught round its leg a few weeks ago. See this pic to see how bad the injury was.

Pete, that poor bleeder Gordon the gosling. I made a video of him when his leg was freed but it won't load on youtube which is a shame. Gordon looks fine now, he can get out of the water no problem. Got to admit it was a bit scary netting the bird with the parents so close but they just swam off into the water! Here's Gordon going back in the water after we fixed him up.
